Frequently Asked Questions

All the answers to your questions about the 0.7L 360° Kaleidoscope Trigger Bottle and its use in the garden.

No. The Kaléido 360° trigger sprayer has an adjustable nozzle that covers both straight jet and mist, with no accessory to fit or part to change. The straight jet is for aiming at a precise spot, such as the base of a plant, and the mist is for moistening foliage evenly. You adjust it by turning the nozzle.
No. The Kaléido 360° trigger sprayer comes in sage green, beige and terracotta, and these colours affect its look only. The capacity remains 0.7 litre, the nozzle still adjusts from straight jet to mist and the 360° function is the same whatever the colour.
It can be replaced, within the period stated by Hozelock: spare parts for this model remain available for 5 years. On a 0.7 litre sprayer, a part eventually wears over time, and this period lets you change it rather than buy a whole new sprayer. Check the exact part reference before ordering by contacting customer service through the contact form.
0.5 L for houseplants and seedlings, 0.8 to 1 litre for regular use in the garden. Beyond that, the weight in the hand becomes uncomfortable and we recommend choosing a small pressure sprayer.
A trigger sprayer sprays each time you press with your finger, without pressurising the tank. It is instant, but tires the hand over large areas. As soon as a treatment needs more than a few dozen presses, a small pressure sprayer takes less effort.
Yes with the 360° models, which spray at any angle. The Berthoud F1 Plus trigger sprayer and the Hozelock Pulsar 1L and Kaléido trigger sprayers have 360° technology.
Hozelock trigger sprayers are suitable for all typical garden uses: herbicides, weedkillers, fungicides, insecticides, liquid fertilisers, as well as water. The Berthoud F1 Brico trigger sprayer can also spray more aggressive solvent- and hydrocarbon-based products, and has a child safety lock on the nozzle.
